A solutions architect reviews your order, confirms your environment and requirements, and flags anything that needs a different plan or a custom scope.

Step 3: Proposal and service agreement
You receive a written service agreement that confirms scope, pricing, term and service levels. Your order is accepted once the agreement is signed.

Step 4: Onboarding
We hold a kickoff, provision or deploy the services and document the setup. The typical lead time is listed on every service page.

Step 5: Ongoing support
Your team gets support at the response times defined for your plan, regular reporting where included, and a reminder well before each renewal date.
Payment methods
Choose your preferred method at checkout. Our billing team confirms it with your first invoice.
Invoice, Net 30
Pay by invoice within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to credit approval.
ACH bank transfer
Transfer directly from your US business bank account. Remittance details are printed on your invoice.
Wire transfer
Domestic and international wires are accepted. Wire instructions are provided with your invoice.
Credit card via secure link
Our billing team emails you a secure payment link. Card details are never entered on this website.
Billing at a glance
- All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated on your invoice.
- Annual subscriptions are invoiced once a year, in advance, starting when your order is accepted.
- Multi-year terms lock the discounted annual rate for the full term and are still billed annually.
- One-time projects are invoiced as set out in your service agreement.
