Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information TechSpire Solutions collects through the services store at services.techspiresolutions.us, how we use and share it, and the rights you have. The store is built for business buyers and collects only what is needed to answer inquiries and process orders.
Contents (13 sections)
1. Scope
This policy covers information collected through this store: its web pages, the contact form, the cart and checkout, and the emails we send about inquiries and orders. Data that you or your users store or process within the services we provide (“Customer Data”) is governed by your service agreement and our Terms of Service, not by this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, company, business email address, phone number (optional), the topic and service you are interested in, and your message.
- Orders: company name, contact name, job title, business email, phone, billing address and country, optional tax ID (EIN) and purchase order number, your preferred payment method, order notes, and the services, plans, terms and quantities you order.
We do not collect credit card numbers, bank account numbers or passwords on this website. If you pay by card, you enter your card details on a secure payment page provided by our payment processor.
Information collected automatically
- Submission data: the IP address of the device that submitted an order or form and, for orders, the browser user agent, stored with the submission for security and fraud prevention.
- Server logs: standard request data recorded by our web servers (IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page and browser type), used to keep the site secure and working.
- Abuse prevention: short-lived records of form submissions per IP address, used to limit automated abuse.
3. Cookies
The store uses a single, strictly necessary session cookie named TSSID. It keeps the contents of your cart, protects forms against cross-site request forgery and remembers what you typed if a form needs correcting. It expires 30 days after your last visit, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings (doing so empties your cart).
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking cookies, we do not load third-party tracking scripts, and we do not track you across other websites.
4. How we use information
- To answer your questions and prepare quotes and proposals.
- To review, accept and fulfill orders, prepare service agreements, invoice you and collect payment.
- To deliver, support and communicate about the services you purchase, including renewal reminders.
- To send transactional emails, such as order confirmations and inquiry acknowledgements.
- To protect the store, our customers and us against fraud, abuse and security threats.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
If we send you marketing emails, each one includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor your request promptly. We do not use your information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
6. How long we keep information
- Inquiries: up to 3 years after our last interaction, unless they lead to an order.
- Orders, service agreements and invoices: for as long as needed to provide the services, then as required by tax and accounting laws, generally 7 years.
- Session data: deleted 30 days after your last visit.
- Abuse-prevention records: typically deleted after one day.
- Server logs: no longer than 12 months, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
7. How we protect information
The entire store is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it, administrative access is protected by strong authentication with lockouts after repeated failed attempts, and our systems are kept up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a data breach as required by law.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and other states, may give you the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep for tax purposes;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling (we do none of these); and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Some of these laws exempt business contact information. We honor reasonable requests from business contacts regardless.
How to make a request
- Email sales@techspiresolutions.us with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us which right you want to exercise.
- We confirm receipt within 10 business days and verify your identity by matching the information you provide, such as your name, company and email address, with our records. We may ask for more information if needed.
- We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why and may extend this period once by up to 45 more days, as permitted by law.
You may use an authorized agent. We may ask the agent for proof of your signed permission and ask you to verify your identity directly. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy appeal”; we respond to appeals within 45 days.
Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request.
9. Notice for California residents
In the last 12 months we collected the following categories of personal information, from you and from your browser, for the purposes described in “How we use information.” We disclosed them for business purposes only to the recipients described in “How we share information.” We did not sell or share any of them.

| Professional information | Company name, job title, business address, tax ID (EIN) |
| Commercial information | Services ordered, plans, terms, quantities and order notes |

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes (California Civil Code § 1798.83).
10. Children’s privacy
The store is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International visitors
The store is intended for business customers in the United States. If you use it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will post a notice in the store before they take effect.
