We design your network segmentation — staff, guests, servers, VoIP and IoT devices on separate VLANs — enable intrusion prevention and web filtering, keep firmware current and review logs for suspicious activity. Every rule change is requested, approved and recorded, so you always know why a port is open.
Firewall hardware is included in the subscription and replaced at no extra cost if it fails.

No. Hardware is part of the subscription and remains TechSpire property, which is why we replace it at no cost if it fails. At the end of the contract the appliance is returned and its configuration is exported for you.
Possibly. If your existing firewall still receives security updates from its manufacturer, we can manage it instead of installing new hardware. We assess it during onboarding and confirm the arrangement in writing.
Through our ticket portal or by email from an authorized contact. Standard changes are completed within one business day; urgent security changes are prioritized according to your tier.
No single control does. A firewall reduces exposure at the network edge; we recommend combining it with endpoint protection, MFA, backups and a periodic Cybersecurity Audit.
