Cowork is an AI coworker workspace your teams use to draft documents, summarize meetings and long files, analyze spreadsheets and automate repetitive writing. TechSpire Solutions delivers it as a company subscription: we set up the workspace, connect it to your identity provider, assign seats and configure the policies that decide what data can be used and by whom.
Instead of employees signing up for consumer AI tools on their own, you get one administered environment with central billing, role-based access and an audit trail. Our team trains your staff on practical, role-specific use cases and keeps the workspace current as features and policies change.
Each tier sets the number of covered users and the depth of integration, governance and support. Additional workspaces can be added for subsidiaries or departments that need separate administration.

Yes. Each tier includes workspace seats for the number of named users listed, plus our administration of those seats. If you need more users than your tier covers, you can move up a tier or add a second workspace.
We configure the workspace with business data controls that exclude your prompts and files from model training wherever the platform offers that option, and we document those settings for your records. Your company retains ownership of the content your users create.
The subscription renews for another term unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you do not renew, we help you export workspace content and disable access on the end date.
Custom software development, usage of third-party APIs billed by other vendors, and on-site training are not included. They can be quoted separately.
