Moving to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is more than creating accounts. Done carelessly, it breaks email delivery, loses files and leaves admin accounts without multi-factor authentication. Our deployment project covers planning, configuration, data migration, security hardening and user adoption as one fixed-price engagement.
We configure your tenant and domains, publish the correct DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC), migrate mailboxes, calendars, contacts and files from your current systems, and enforce a security baseline before users sign in. Cutover is scheduled outside business hours, and our team stays on call during the hypercare period that follows.
Software licenses are purchased separately from Microsoft, Google or an authorized reseller. We help you choose the right plans so you do not pay for features you will not use.

No. Licenses are billed by Microsoft, Google or your reseller. During planning we recommend the right plan for each user group; the project fee covers our services only.
We pre-stage mailbox data before cutover and switch MX records at a scheduled time, usually after business hours. Messages that arrive during DNS propagation are synchronized in a final pass.
Users beyond the tier limit are quoted in blocks of 50 before the project starts, so the final price is agreed in writing up front.
Migration of third-party applications (CRM, accounting or line-of-business software), custom scripting and on-site training are outside standard scope and can be quoted separately.
