Enterprise Cloud Storage gives your applications and teams capacity without buying another storage array. Each pool provides an S3-compatible object API for applications and backups, plus SMB and NFS file shares on higher tiers for departments that still work with mapped drives.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, protected with erasure coding across multiple storage nodes, and can be locked with object-lock retention so it cannot be altered or deleted before a date you set. Our engineers monitor capacity and performance and alert you well before a pool approaches its limit.

Yes. You can move up a tier or add another storage pool at any time. Additional capacity is prorated to your existing renewal date.
Through the same S3 API or file shares you use every day, at no extra transfer cost within your monthly allowance. For very large exits we can arrange an assisted bulk export.
No. Storage keeps your primary or archive data available; a backup is a separate, independent copy. Object lock and replication reduce risk, but we recommend Offsite Backup for a true second copy.
