About Managed Private Cloud

Managed Private Cloud gives you a dedicated virtualization cluster without buying or operating the hardware. Every node, disk and switch port is reserved for your company; we design, build and run the platform, and your teams work with virtual machines through a self-service console and API.

Clusters are built on hyperconverged nodes with all-flash NVMe storage and redundant networking, running Proxmox VE or VMware vSphere. Proxmox VE subscriptions are included; if you choose VMware, you bring your own Broadcom subscription or add one through our VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Subscription by Broadcom service. We handle firmware, patching, capacity planning, backup of every virtual machine and 24/7 monitoring.

Higher tiers add longer backup retention, faster response targets and, on Enterprise, replication of critical workloads to a second, separate cluster with documented and tested failover runbooks.

Frequently asked questions

Which hypervisor should we choose, and is VMware licensing included?

Proxmox VE subscriptions are included in every tier. If you need VMware vSphere or VMware Cloud Foundation, the Broadcom subscription is not included: you can bring your own or add one through our VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Subscription by Broadcom service. We help you compare both options during design.

Can we move our existing virtual machines onto the cluster?

Yes. We prepare a migration plan during onboarding. The migration itself is scoped as a Cloud Migration project, so its cost is agreed in writing before work starts.

Can we downsize or cancel during the term?

Hardware is reserved for your company for the whole term, so clusters cannot be reduced or cancelled mid-term; monthly billing spreads the annual commitment and does not shorten it. You can add nodes or clusters at any time, prorated to your renewal date, and reduce capacity at renewal.

Who can access our virtual machines and data?

Your administrators control access to virtual machines. Our engineers work on the infrastructure layer through MFA-protected, logged access. At the end of the term we help you export your VMs, then securely wipe the drives and confirm it in writing.
