Microsoft 365 Enterprise Licensing

Each pack includes 500 seats of the selected Microsoft suite for one year plus TechSpire licensing administration: procurement, seat assignment, joiner and leaver reconciliation, compliance reporting and renewal management. The licenses are subject to the Microsoft Customer Agreement and Microsoft’s product terms, which your organization accepts for its own tenant. Deployment and migration work is quoted separately (see Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Deployment).

You can add seats at any time; they are prorated to your renewal date so all packs renew together. Microsoft only allows cancellations or seat reductions within its short window after purchase or renewal (currently 7 days), so after that window commitments generally cannot be reduced or cancelled until the next renewal. We schedule planned reductions for that date.

Monthly billing spreads the same annual commitment over 12 invoices; it does not shorten the commitment or allow mid-term cancellation. Your TechSpire price is fixed for each 12-month period. Microsoft can change its prices, and a publisher price change may apply from your next renewal or anniversary date — we notify you in writing at least 30 days in advance.

Microsoft caps its Business plans at 300 users per organization, so they do not fit 500-seat packs. If you have fewer than 300 users or need a mix of Business and Enterprise plans, contact our sales team for a quote.
