Smart Drive is a managed file platform for teams that have outgrown shared folders and email attachments. Users sync files to desktop and mobile, share with clients through expiring links, and find documents by asking questions in plain English instead of guessing folder names.
AI features respect existing permissions: search results, summaries and answers only draw on files the user is already allowed to open. Scanned PDFs and images are processed with OCR so their text becomes searchable, and version history protects against accidental edits and deletions.

Yes. Each tier includes a migration allowance from Windows file servers, NAS devices or common cloud drives. We preserve folder structure and, where the source supports it, sharing permissions and modification dates.
You can upgrade to the next tier at any time, or request an additional storage block quoted for the remainder of your term.
You do. At the end of your subscription we provide a full export of your files and folder structure, and data is deleted from the platform 30 days after you confirm the export.
Version history and the recycle bin protect against everyday mistakes, but they are not a separate backup copy. For ransomware and disaster scenarios, pair Smart Drive with our Offsite Backup service.
