Each license is subject to its publisher’s terms (for example the Microsoft Customer Agreement or Broadcom’s end-user terms), and TechSpire licensing administration — procurement, assignment, compliance reporting and renewals — is included in every plan. Quantities can be increased during the term (prorated); commitments generally cannot be reduced or cancelled after the publisher’s cancellation window, and publisher price changes may apply at renewal.
