The Red Hat subscriptions in your tier for one year at Premium support level, plus TechSpire licensing administration: procurement, registration to your Red Hat account, compliance reporting and renewals. Subscriptions are subject to the Red Hat Enterprise Agreement, and your company remains Red Hat’s customer of record.

Red Hat expects every system running its software to be covered by an active subscription; if deployments exceed entitlements, the missing subscriptions must be purchased. Our monthly reconciliation catches gaps early so you can add subscriptions at any time, prorated to your renewal date. Subscriptions generally cannot be reduced or cancelled mid-term, so reductions are made at renewal.

Yes, where Red Hat allows it. Red Hat Cloud Access lets eligible subscriptions be moved to supported cloud providers under Red Hat’s terms. We register the move and keep your entitlement record accurate.

Your TechSpire price is fixed for each 12-month period, whether you pay monthly or annually; monthly billing does not shorten the commitment. Red Hat price changes may apply at renewal, and we notify you in writing at least 30 days in advance.
