Symantec Endpoint Security Complete, from Broadcom, combines antimalware, exploit prevention, endpoint detection and response (EDR), Active Directory threat defense, application control and device control in a single agent for Windows, macOS and Linux, with protection for iOS and Android devices. This service supplies subscriptions for 1,500, 4,000 or 10,000 endpoints, administered by TechSpire.

Beyond licensing, we keep your management console healthy: policy baselines by device type, agent version tracking, exclusion reviews and a monthly report on coverage gaps, so unprotected or outdated endpoints are found before attackers find them. Higher tiers add managed policy tuning and threat-hunting reviews of EDR data.

Subscriptions are subject to Broadcom’s end-user terms for Symantec software. Endpoints can be added during the term, prorated to your renewal date; Broadcom subscriptions generally cannot be reduced or cancelled once ordered, and Broadcom price changes may apply at renewal.

Subscriptions are subject to Broadcom’s end-user terms for Symantec software.

Can we add endpoints or reduce the count during the term?

You can add endpoints at any time, prorated to your renewal date. Broadcom subscriptions generally cannot be reduced or cancelled once ordered, so we review your endpoint count before each renewal and adjust it then.

Is 24/7 alert monitoring included?

No. This service covers licensing and console administration. If you want analysts watching and responding to alerts around the clock, add our 24/7 Managed SOC & MDR service, which works with Symantec Endpoint Security.

Will the price change at renewal?

Your TechSpire price is fixed for each 12-month period, whether you pay monthly or annually; monthly billing does not shorten the commitment. Broadcom price changes may apply at renewal, and we notify you in writing at least 30 days in advance.
